Community & Citizenship · Free listing on request

Are you helping others or making a difference in the Jura?

Free listings are available for local initiatives serving the public good that qualify for Community & Citizenship, with no pass purchase required. Associations, community groups and local authorities: tell us about your activity and its aim.

Which initiatives can be submitted?
  • Health & prevention

Blood and plasma donations, free introductions to first aid, prevention and health awareness.

  • Environment & nature

River and forest clean-ups, litter picks, community planting, volunteer work parties and biodiversity protection.

  • Mutual support & social action

Food, clothing and supplies collections, distributions to those in need, support for isolated people and intergenerational gatherings.

  • Inclusion & social connections

Disability awareness gatherings, support for older people, intercultural welcomes and exchanges, and action against discrimination.

  • Sharing & passing on skills

Repair cafés, digital skills support workshops, skills exchanges, non-commercial swaps and volunteer repair workshops.

  • Citizenship & volunteering

Community group fairs, volunteer gatherings, neighbourhood projects, public consultations and collective action for the common good.

These examples describe types of activities, not announced events. Other initiatives can be submitted if their community or civic aim is clearly explained.

Free listings reserved for genuine community initiatives

Specify the actual name of the local organiser, the aim of the activity, the venue, times and entry conditions. A commercial activity, a for-profit workshop or a bar night does not become eligible simply by choosing this category. Requests with no community or civic aim do not qualify for a free listing: other listings remain available with an organiser pass.

Complete the free listing form for review before publication. Submitting a request does not constitute approval and does not automatically publish your event online.
