About this event in the Jura in Arbois
Discover three vintages of topped-up Savagnin
In Arbois, the Domaine de la Pinte shop hosts a vertical tasting as part of Vignobles en Scène. Louis, from the estate's shop, invites you to its town-centre shop to discover three “Savagnin ouillé” wines, aged with topping up: the 1998, 2005 and 2021 vintages.
This tasting compares wines from several decades. It explores their development over time while offering the opportunity to taste older vintages. The three selected years provide the guiding thread for this discovery.
The terroir and the estate's work
During the tasting, Louis presents the expression of the Jura terroir in these wines. He also shares the work of Domaine de la Pinte, which cultivates its 34 hectares of vines biodynamically. The gathering thus combines the discovery of the vintages with an introduction to the estate's practices.
Three time slots over two days
The sessions are offered at the following times
- Friday 16 October, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
- Saturday 17 October, from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
- Saturday 17 October, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm.
The announced dates are therefore 16/10 and 17/10, with two sessions on Saturday, at the Domaine de la Pinte shop in Arbois town centre.
