On 16 and 17 October at 10am and 4pm, Domaine Baud combines a tour of its new cellars with a tasting of 5 older vintages in magnums.
About this event in the Jura in Le-Vernois
From new cellars to older vintages
At Domaine Baud in Le Vernois, a tour of the new cellars is followed by an exceptional tasting created especially for Vignobles en Scène. This event combines the tour with an exploration of wines shaped by time, served from magnums.
Five wines and five gourmet pairings
The guided tasting centres on five older vintages. Each is accompanied by a verrine — a small dish served in a glass — specially designed to reveal and enhance the wine with which it is paired.
This gourmet journey features five of each element: 5 older vintages, 5 magnums, 5 verrines and 5 pairings. These combinations offer an opportunity to explore both the character of the wines and what pairing them with a verrine can reveal.
This exclusive experience invites you to take the time to discover how the estate's wines have evolved. The influence of time on their character and the discoveries offered by the pairings are at the heart of the tasting.
Four sessions in October
The tour of the new cellars followed by the tasting is available over two days, with two time slots each day:
- Friday 16 October: at 10am and 4pm.
- Saturday 17 October: at 10am and 4pm.
