Step into a vaulted cellar in Arbois and discover Savagnin in all its forms, from wine aged with topping-up to wine aged under a veil of yeast, through to the famous Vin Jaune. This tasting will be accompanied by Comté at several stages of maturation (12, 24 and 36 months), to explore the subtle pairings between Jura wines and cheeses.
