Every Wednesday morning, time is set aside for relaxation and renewal at La Frémille in Saint-Claude. Led by Helena Monniello, an energy healing and wellbeing practitioner based in the Jura, this weekly session offers a gentle approach accessible to everyone, with no prerequisites or particular level required.
The idea is to offer a simple, welcoming space to release tension in the body, calm the mind and reconnect with yourself, away from the pace of everyday life. The session is for anyone seeking a regular moment of respite, regardless of age or physical condition.
