Let the world of fragrance families surprise you and discover how they interact with Jura wines. Combining scents from the Grasse area with tastings of local wines, this original, immersive workshop invites you to awaken your senses in a different way. An unexpected, convivial interlude to share in a small group.

- Tiphaine introduces you to the language of perfume. You will discover fragrance families (Floral, Woody, Fruity, Spicy...) through rare fragrances.

- You will learn the techniques professionals use to identify, remember and name smells, skills that can be applied directly to wine tasting.
- Exploring Jura Wines
A Unique Tasting : The tasting focuses on selected Jura Wines. You will learn to break down their aromas and follow the stages of a professional tasting.
The Matching Game: The highlight of the workshop! Connect the fragrances smelled in the bottles with the aromas in your glass (notes of walnut, curry, dried fruit, woodland undergrowth, etc.). Discover why a Vin Jaune can have notes of Eastern spices, or a red wine notes of leather.
