About this event in the Jura in Saint-Claude

A landscape made from broad areas of flat colour

At the Musée de l’Abbaye in Saint-Claude, the “Brush Your Landscape” workshop invites you to explore the rich, colourful world of Marine Wallon. This vibrant artist’s paintings provide a starting point for discovering how to apply paint in broad areas of flat colour and how this can create movement and a subject.

The workshop then invites you to play with representation: reverse the colours, develop new possibilities and create your own dreamlike landscape. Working with areas of flat colour and changing colours are at the heart of this exploration of painting.

Two sessions at the museum

The workshop takes place on Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 3pm and Wednesday 23 December 2026 at 3pm, i.e. 28/10 and 23/12.

Lasting 1 hour 30 minutes, it is open to everyone aged 6 and over.
