A third level after completing the second degree
An intensive Level 3 Reiki course is scheduled in Lons-le-Saunier on 14 and 15 November 2026. This two-day training course is aimed at people who have already completed the second degree and wish to continue their inner journey while deepening their knowledge of energy work.
The course is part of an approach to personal development and “self-healing”, in the words of its presentation. You do not need to intend to teach to take part: the desire to progress in this practice is distinct from plans to pass it on to others.
The weekend programme
The learning will combine a review of previous levels with the elements planned for this third degree:
- Review of previous levels.
- Transmission of the Usui Master symbol.
- Dedicated meditation sessions.
- Working with the crystal grid.
- Introduction to traditional Japanese techniques.

Both days will take place at the practice of Catherine Loiseau, naturopath, at 22 rue Sébile in Lons-le-Saunier, the administrative capital of the Jura.
