About this event in the Jura in Salins-les-Bains
Modelling clay as a family in the footsteps of Max and Julie Claudet
At La Grande Saline in Salins-les-Bains, the pottery workshop « In the footsteps of Max and Julie Claudet » invites families to model and shape an object that reflects their personality. For your creation, you can take inspiration from pieces in the collections of the Ville de Salins or simply give your imagination free rein.
The collections are therefore a possible source of inspiration, rather than a compulsory model: your object can also take shape according to your own ideas.
Pieces to collect after drying and firing
The objects made during the workshop can only be collected two months later, from potter Benoît Dangon. This is the time needed for drying and firing. Pieces will not be sent out: they must be collected from the potter.
Dates and participation conditions
The workshop is offered on 21/10 and 28/10. It lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes and is open to ages 5 and over. Advance booking is required, with a limit of 15 participants.
