The brewery and its origin story
Brasserie La Baboon is a craft brewery founded on 14 August 2014. It tells the story of its beginnings through the tale of two young baboons in search of flavour and something new.
In this tale, their ancestors are said to have stolen age-old skills from humans, which were then passed on by their guenon grandmothers. Armed with this inheritance, the two baboons are said to have naturally turned to brewing beer. This imaginative story is how the brewery presents its origins.
