At Domaine Baud in Le Vernois, blind tasting takes place using black glasses. The idea is to taste the wine without being able to look at it, testing your senses without the help of its colour.

Observing, smelling, tasting and looking for clues are the suggested ways to approach this experience. The black glasses remove the visual cue of colour and invite you to let your other senses take over. This tasting is intended to be a playful sensory experience, with room for surprise as you discover wine in a different way.
