Duration : approximately 1 hour 30 minutes

Come and learn all the secrets of making our regional pride and joy: Comté! Become an apprentice cheesemaker with workshops run by the maison du Comté.

Children will not be able to eat or take home the mini Comté, as it is not edible. However, a tasting of two types of Comté takes place after the workshop.
